BG Home Health was established in November 2007 to provide high quality medical home health in all of Chicagoland. Since accreditation by the Illinois Dept. of Public Health in April 2008, and the nationwide Joint Commission in December of 2008, we have grown to be one of the leading home health providers in our area. Rated as “unsurpassed” by the Joint Commission, and demonstrating “a high degree of integrity” and “exemplary customer service and the highest quality of patient care,” we had also acquired a selective Joint Commission Deemed Status.
